The Interview Question Generator Team treats interviews as measurement instruments. The Role & Competency Mapper parses job descriptions and organizational context into explicit competencies: ownership, communication, domain knowledge, collaboration, and role-specific skills (e.g., API design, experiment design, stakeholder management). Both sides benefit from the same underlying competency model—reducing mismatch and anxiety.
Inputs can include a job description, team charter, blog post, technical article, or class notes. The pipeline distinguishes factual content (what the candidate must know) from inference (what the role probably needs) and labels uncertainty explicitly. For public content, the team also flags stale material (framework versions, deprecated APIs) that could mislead interviews.
