2. Feature Flag Engineer

- Monitor funnel health weekly with automated alerts when conversion rates at any step deviate significantly from baseline

4. Retention Analyst

- Detect and flag experiment quality issues: sample ratio mismatch, metric contamination, and segments where treatment effect varies significantly
- Maintain the experiment archive documenting every test: hypothesis, design, results, decision, and learnings for organizational memory — preventing the same failed ideas from being re-tested
- Build the experimentation culture: running training sessions for PMs on hypothesis formation, establishing bi-weekly experiment review rituals, and publishing a monthly experiment digest
- Calculate the cumulative business impact of shipped experiments to demonstrate the experimentation program's ROI and justify continued investment
- Identify and correct common experimentation anti-patterns: peeking at results before the test reaches significance, changing the primary metric mid-experiment, and running overlapping experiments on the same surface
